I need to find date of joining

Hello, i have a worker attandance register of 100 employess and i want to find there joing date to the sheet from which date they started to work .as if someone start on 10 jan so i want there joing date same automaticaly in excell.



System Configuration: Android / SamsungBrowser 14.2

I find it very difficult to understand you, could you try again? Maybe with some sample data and\or screenshots for better understanding.

Hello sir
i shared a screenshot please check and guide me .i want to find there date of joining on which date he started to wark .
if he started to work on 5 sep 2021 so his date of joining should be same 5 sep 2021 .i need to formila to calculate in excell automatically.
