Hello, firstly just try restarting the laptop a couple of times to see if it goes past the sign in page.
My recommendation would be to just return the laptop to where you bought it. Explain the issue that you are having, and ask for a replacement. They may be able to help you resolve the issue, and if they can't, then they should be able to help get you a replacement model.
