Hi,
As your account is hacked, you can check your email account for a message letting you know that your contact info was changed. You can from that email undo the change.
If you haven't received that message (even if "Spam"), you can request a login link or verify your identity to prove that you're the legitimate owner of the Instagram account.
The instructions are explained in more detail on the Instagram Help Center.
