Where can i send my Government ID's to FB after I failed the 1st submitting?

My fb account has been hacked and in order to recover it I used the method sending my Government ID's to Facebook to confirm my identity because i have no access to my email address and phone no. I try email Facebook but no reply, please be considerate. thank you

Facebook may take several weeks to review your account. You've no other choice than to wait... In some cases, they may take up to several months!
