My accer aspire 3810tg bluetooth not working

Hello,
my Acer Aspire 3810TG has a bluetooth logo on the F3 button but the bluetooth is not working, i want to know if the Acer Aspire 3810TG has or supports bluetooth and how to turn it on or enable it.


System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 91.0.4472.164

Hello,

Here's the Windows 7 standard procedure:
1. Click on the Start button.
2. Type Bluetooth in the search box.
3. Select Change Bluetooth Settings.
4. From the Dialog Box, check the Allow Bluetooth Devices to Find This Computer checkbox.
