Hello,
You can follow the information in this article on how to reset your Facebook password.
Unfortunately not having access to either the email account or phone number attached to your Facebook account makes it virtually impossible to recover it. You will need to try your best to access the email account attached, otherwise, Facebook will not allow you to reset the password.
As far as Facebook is concerned it is a security issue. Imagine if you could change anyone's password without needing to use a pre-determined recover email/number - anyone could 'hack' your account...
Sorry that there isn't a quick fix.
