Facebook account recovery problem

I have a problem with my account recovery. I forgot my password and I don't know my mail password so I try with SMS message. But Facebook didn't receive the message. I try a lot of times and then my Facebook account was blocked by Facebook.I send them message with my ID and they send me a link and password to recovery. But that link did not work, their message: Something went wrong.We are working on it and we'll get it fixed as soon as we can. I wait one week but nothing happened. I am now stuck, I can't recover my Facebook account. Please any suggestion if is possible to find a solution.

Hello, if you haven't received your Facebook Code, have a look at this article which explains what to do.

You can also follow the steps here on the Facebook support page if you created your account with a mobile device.
