Facebook Security Check - did not input OTP code

I am facing issue about Facebook security check. I received OTP code but there is no option to input OTP code. Facebook telling "could not send confirmation SMS. Please check the phone number and try again".

But I got the SMS code. Even I can change my account password through mobile phone number.

Hello, try logging into to Facebook on a PC (if the above attempt was on a mobile device), or try logging in on a mobile device if this was on a PC.

You may find that the box to enter the code you received appears.

I tried both device phone and pc. I also tried with facebook app and facebook lite app. But I failed. I mailed facebook support but didn’t response.
