Hello,
Whenever I go over the curser of a Yahoo message, a trash sign appears at the end of the message line. When I click to open the message the message is deleted. I changed from Firefox to Chrome, did Windows defender scan, changed passwords, nothing works. Yahoo mail has become unusable. Your insights would be appreciated.

Hi,

Did you try clearing the browsers' cache and cookies and checking if there are up to date? Also, do you still experience the same issue with Yahoo if you access it via the private browsing mode?

Hello, Thank you for your suggestions. I did reversed back to the ''OLD" Yahoo and then there were no more issues. It's quite a mystery to me. Regards

If JavaScript isn't blocked by your browsers, check also if an extension or a program doesn't interfere with the Yahoo site.

If this is not the case, then I suggest that you report the issue to Yahoo. In your inbox, select the Settings icon and click Give feedback.

I tried several times to send a message to Yahoo mail and ask them about advice. However their system is set up in such a way that it always gives you some standard issue, that does not apply and does not allow me to send them a message.

Why not configure your email with a messaging software, like Thunderbird or the Mail app, so that you can access your account directly from your desktop, without visiting the Yahoo Mail webpage.
