Yahoo placing ads in my ad free YahooPlus Account

About a month ago Yahoo started placing a text ad and right sidebar ad on the page of my Y!mail+ account which I pay an annual fee to not have any ads.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Does anyone know how to stop the ads or do I have to close my Yahoo account and go elsewhere?

Hi,

Have you tried contacting Yahoo about this issue? In my belief there shouldn't be any ads in your account considering you are a paying user.

Perhaps you should reach out to Yahoo through their help page.
