Hello,

when i view instagram stories, the same story will just play on a loop instead of going to the next one unless i manually tap the screen. also, the white bar on top that shows you how many stories a person has and moves as they play is gone. this happened out of nowhere and i have no idea why. it’s been this way for weeks now and nothing i have tried has fixed it. please help!!

Hi,

Have you tried visiting the Play Store/ App Store to see if there is an update available for your version of the Instagram app? Alternatively, you can try deleting the Instagram app from your phone and do a fresh install afterwards.
