Call of duty 4 Gamefonts_Pc error

Hello,
Just Downloaded Call of duty 4 And I wanted to play singleplayer but whenever I try to open it my screen goes black and an error sound comes in the background. Then i use Ctrl, Alt., Del to open the task manager to close the game the error says Couldn't Find image file Gamefonts_pc. can someone help???

Same thing happening to me but with multiplayer...
