I tried the dell site and i keep getting the page cannot be displayed whenever i try to download the drivers.
Go to Dell.com or Dell.ca and click 'support.' Find 'Drivers and Downloads.' Enter your service tag (Dell sevice tag) and search for drivers specific to your computer.
It seems to me that you won't be able to get on the Internet with that particular computer until it has the driver installed. Use another computer to download the driver.
The driver may still be on your computer. Try going into your C: drive, click 'Dell' and then 'drivers.' Sometimes this works for me but not always!
