As it says in the title, I can no longer tag co authors for my Insta posts. I have other accounts with which it works. when I try to invite my affected account via these other accounts, I get the error message: "[name] cannot be marked as a co-author yet". But it worked 4-5 days ago!

Hi,

Here are the main reasons why you can't tag someone on Instagram:
  • You've exceeded the tag limit of 20 people per post.
  • The username is misspelled or contains a blank space.
  • That account has restricted its tagging to its following or no one.
  • That account is private.
  • You've been blocked.

Another reason is that Instagram may have restricted your account temporary from tagging, especially for new accounts to avoid spam abuse. You should wait a few days before they leave the restriction. Sometimes, reinstalling the Instagram app may solve some issues and bugs.

Hope this helps.
