Emails not arriving in my inbox Closed

Question

Hello, 

Since Wednesday no emails are coming into my hotmail/outlook inbox but junk are still arriving in junk. The ones in junk are not the ones that should be in my inbox. How do I get my emails to return again, please?

I suggest you to check your email rules (see this solved topic). If the problem persists, follow the troubleshooting steps written by Microsoft.

1. Check the Spam Folder in Outlook
2. Change Your Email Sorting Options
3. Disable Offline Mode in Outlook
4. Ensure the Sender Is Not in Your Block List
5. Check Outlook Rules
6. Clear the Outlook Cache
7. Use a New Outlook Profile
