Hotmail inbox duplicates Closed

Question

Hello Forum,

I run Windows 10 in Bootcamp on a Mac desktop. Recently I am getting duplicate mails in my Outlook inbox. The duplicate is just a copy of the original mail's title and cannot be opened. I have cleared browsing data and cache and Mail forwarding is not checked. Should I delete the whole box and reinstall it?

Going nuts now. Any help much appreciated.

Hello Forum,

Somebody just replied to me with a solution which fixed the problem. I can't find that mail now because I managed to lose it. Incompetent or what? But thank you whoever you are; it was an easy fix and it worked.

I will now look for that mail, it's gotta be there somewhere.
