Received your mail but did not see the part
3: create a recovery disc from the dropdown menu, what i found from the dropdown menu is
1) back up and restore center
2) help and support
3) problems reports and solutions
4) window remote assistance
so when i click on back uup and restore but did not find any thing like create recovery disc.
pls avise

go to start > all programs> acer > and click on acer erecovery management.

it's saying" burning is failed, error code =3. please insert a blank CD/DVD into the optical drive, then press ok to continue."
First My buring drive is ok, working fine, second, I tried several blank dvds, doesn't work either.
