Can't connect to my facebook account - I tried everything

Hello,

When I try to connect to my account, Facebook asks me for code but I didn't install the code generator app and I'm not connected to my facebook account with the mobile app.

Facebook doesn't offer any other solution.

I spent hours trying everything. I even tried to create new accounts with the two phone numbers attached to my facebook account so the A2F will be automatically removed but it didn't work.

I don't know what to do. Thanks for your help guys.
