Secure file folder windows app not working

I have used this app before to encrypt and hide a folder on my device but due to an error I had to factory restart my windows without removing all the files

When I downloaded the secure folder app and try to unhide and decrypt the folder no files and folders are showing all is empty

When I open the properties of the folder I still see the size and the number of sub folders which I have hidden before is there any way I can get my data back
