PQI USB - How to delete write protected Pendrive partition?

Hello,
I have encountered lots of useless tips with Windows settings, registry edit, and command prompt walkthrough and DEAD LINKS but nothing worked.
My father gave me his OLD PQI USB stick 4GB with built in password protection partition (feature) but he typed it and forgot so I was stuck with locked useless annoying 10MB partition that pissed me every time.

I've found a solution after ~15 years (lol) by using long lost PQI remover tool
Just be my guest and download this long-lost PQI tool:
