Are Shortcut keys available for chrome Profile Selection?

Are Shortcut keys available for google chrome Profile Selection on startup?

I have different profiles in google chrome. On Browser startup, it prompts for profile selection. Is there any shortcut key for profile selection?

On Windows, with a Chrome window active type Ctrl+Shift+M. On OS X, type Command+Shift+M. This will open the profile switcher pop-up.
