Hello,

When I turn on my computer I get a black scfreen it takes ages and ages for desktop to appear today same problem but now when I click launch internet explorer it tries to open it then goes  back to desktop icons, please help

You windows system must be updated regularly and you should also update your antivirus!

You should also repair your registry settings and clean your computer using some software like tuneup utilities or registry mechanics,
