Browsers aren't working windows 11

Hello,

I have tried so much other than a clean reboot of windows and a factory reset. I do not want to do a factory reset.

I have reset all network settings, tried cmd prompts, the whole 9 yards

All browsers (chrome, edge, ect) will not work.

If I restart my computer and open them, they work, for about 7 minutes, then it stops working again. It is not on my internet connections end. As I have multiple devices in my home and they all work. On my computer I'm also able to go onto Steam,play online, ect. 

I'm at a loss on what to do. It has to have something to do with Windows.
