Instagram requests a selfie and didn’t returned my account Solved/Closed

Hello,

who can explain why after sending a selfie with a code on a piece of paper, a message came in the mail that “We can't give you access to this account or continue to process your request because we haven't received an acceptable image to verify account ownership”??? How can I get my account back???

Hi,

Make sure the photo is in high quality and not blurry and that all camera effects and filters are turned off. Try taking the photo behind a wall instead of the whole room to appear clearly. Don't make any edit to the photo, even resizing it. Then upload it in JPG, JPEG or PNG format.
