Hi,
I think it's a sticker - you probably created it using Gboard suggestions.
Type your text and add an emoji, then Gboard will suggest you a sticker of what you typed. Select the sticker to attach it, and send it.
I didn't purposely create a sticker ,it must have happened as I typed somehow.Will have to look into this gboard sticker thing.
