Hi,
Contact your carrier - they should provide you a replacement SIM card with your existing phone number. After that, you can regain access to your WhatsApp account.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to log in to WhatsApp with a lost SIM number. WhatsApp requires a working phone number to be used for verification purposes when setting up an account. You will need to contact your wireless provider to obtain a new SIM card with a new number in order to use WhatsApp on your new phone.
