Hi,
Here are some suggestions:
- Clear your Web browser's cache and cookies;
- Switch to the new version of Yahoo Mail by clicking on Switch to the newest Yahoo Mail in the upper-right corner;
- Switch to Basic Mail then to the new version by clicking on the Settings icon > More settings > Switch to Basic Mail, then click Switch to the newest Yahoo Mail;
- Try disabling temporarily your Web browser's extensions;
- Update Chrome to the latest version;
- Try another browser to see if that changes anything.
