Refer to WhatsApp's Commerce Policy to find out if your items comply. If they doesn't, that's why WhatsApp may have restricted you from accessing your business catalog.

If you think WhatsApp rejected one or more of your items by mistake, you can appeal the decision. Select the rejected item and choose Request another review.
