Where can i say to enable my account

Hello,
My facebook profile was disabled how can I enable it. I think I know why it was disabled. One of my friends knew my pass and send friends requests all the time that is probably why it was disabled.Please tell me how to enable it again because I have a lot of friends on my profile and I couldn't find them all if I try to make a new account because I don't know all their accounts I can't remember all of them and even if I start to look for them it will take me a lot of time.
Please help me
