Facebook messenger media,files and links Solved/Closed

Hello,

Someone has deleted my messages on my fb messenger from a certain person and when I go onto the messages from this person its been deleted but when I click on media,links and files it says media failed to load...does this mean there has been images sent and deleted?

Hi,

Yes, it is possible that there was some media there, but due to the deletion of the messages, you cannot access them anymore.

However, you may retrieve the deleted messages by requesting your Facebook data, but I don't guarantee that it will succeed.

By the way, please take extra steps to secure your account as it was used by someone else.
