I don't recommend you to use your main phone number again. If you want to continue using the modified version, you should avoid making any change.

No, you cannot change your normal WhatsApp number (the old one) to this new modified WhatsApp number and still use WhatsApp without being banned again. Once a number has been banned from using WhatsApp, it cannot be used again, even with a modified version of the app. If you attempt to use your banned number with the official WhatsApp app, you will be banned again.
