Unable to find specific Instagram account

Hello,

I am having troubles with finding specific Instagram account. When I type the username in the search bar the account doesn't show up. 

Now here's everything I tried: The username is 100% correctly written, so no mistake. I tried searching from 5 different accounts, each connected to a different E-mail, and no luck. I tried the same by entering Instagram from Chrome and not from the app, no change. I tried updating the app to the latest version. I tried entering from other devices such as laptop and PC. 

My friend looked for it on his phone and he was able to find it, but when he sent me the profile link and I clicked on it, it took me to a page where "User is not found" message is displayed. 

If they blocked me, how could they block all the accounts or how could my friend find it. We both have nothing to do with the account. If there is anything wrong with the device it should have worked on my laptop or PC. 

How is this possible?
