WhatsApp Backup

Hello,

I opened my WhatsApp account in my gfs laptop a couple months ago, sent a message to my ex with the permission of her and erased my exs chat and blocked her, my gf hasn’t been checking my WhatsApp until today, in the laptop the chat with my ex appears as non deleted (only blocked), there’s no trace of the chat in my phone, but of course she doesn’t believe me, can this be a problem with the backup?
