Lost Chats / Moving chats from iPhone to Android

Hey everyone, My phone died, and my Google Drive backup got overwritten.
I was able to use the 'export chat' feature on my friends androids, which seamlessly integrated our chat history into WhatsApp. This feature, however, doesn't work the same with iOS. iPhone exports chats as a zip file that I can only open via file manager.
Anybody been in the same boat? or any tips on integrating iPhone chat history into an Android...
