Router/modem problem!

Hello, i was wondering how to set up my router Linksys WRT54G and my modem so they can work at the same time. (browse the internet on the computer and use my ipod touch and xbox 360). I always have to disable home and enable local area connection 2 to browse on the computer and activate home and disable local area connection 2. Please someone help! Thank youu.

Hi,


Your landline connection can accept only 1 modem dialing at time ...if you are using a modem router best is to find a way to connect your xbox though the router.



It is the only way to share the connection....

Hello,

I am having a problem with getting internet connection after connecting my Linksys WRT54g router to my AT&T DSL/Cable modem. I went through the entire setup process with no problem and then I received the message that the router was unable to connect to the internet. From reading some of the other issues, I'm wondering if my WEP security could be the problem. Please advise. Thanks

Wifi connected but no internet access

Hello,
I'm connected to a public server at my university and the wifi says connected but I don't have access to the internet. I know the Internet works, because I'm accessing it through my phone. However, sometimes an authorization page comes up to allow students to sign in. I'm thinking i need to resurgirías my computer, but i have no idea how to bring up that page since it comes up automatically. Can you help? Thanks

Hello,
my router problem the internet light turns on and then turns off I have done every thing thats required and

when I restart my modem internet works for 10 min sometimes but after this problems starts
the internet light blinks and then turns off and then after some time it atumatically turns on after sometime it turns off again

Hello,

I'm using LINKSYS WRT120N router. It is connected to my DSL and Computer. I properly configured the router but it doesn't have internet but my laptop can detect and connect to my router. In short, my problem is the internet connection. I tried several solutions that I've read from the forum like reformatting the desktop computer, and resetting the router but it doesn't work. I called the DSL provider to check the connection and it was good when it is directly connected into the desktop. I also called where I bought the router and they've said that the router is in good condition. I don't know what to do. Please help me where can I find the problem and solve this out! PL...
