Hi,
Make sure you entered your phone number correctly and try adding the country code. If your phone number is still rejected, log in with your email instead.
In case you still can't log in, follow these steps to recover your Facebook account. You may need to enter your email or name if your phone number can't be recognized, so that Facebook can identify your account and provide you recovery options.
