Hello,
I am having monitor issues with a brand new computer I just bought. Its an IBM Levono ThinkCentre,
Intel Core 2 Duo , 2.66 GHz, 4G RAM, 160G Hard drive. I only bought the computer and it is OS is Windows Vista, I tried plugging a flat panel that I know works and a flat screen, vga monitor that I also know works into it and neither will work. I hear beeping upon start up but still no picture. It has an onboard graphics card, is that the issue? At any rate, I need help. I was so excited to get my new computer seeing as I haven't had one in 8 years and now I can't even use it! Wah!
Please, someone help!
Thanks

Could actually be the way you've got it plugged in...untangle the cords and don't plug everything into one power strip. Did you use your old power cord from the old computer, if so make sure your using the new one that came with the computer...use all the new cords.

I bought a monitor and plugged the signal cable and it displayed "no signal'. I will like to know what to do about it, so that the monitor will come back to life.

Victor doe's you're old monitor works? (if I got you right, you bought a new one)

any way try with the DVI adapter (i guess it's good expression - any way when you ask for DVI people will know what you need)

hope it's gonna do the thing
