Itunes help

Hello,
my laptop speakers wont work with itunes not even earphones but youtube and everything else works finds it just itunes but youll see the song come on and play but no sound

Dear Sir,

Please check your volume control settings, Just unmute itunes or set the itunes volume to high in the volume control

To access volume control just double click on the speaker icon on the taskbar next to the time!
