Ares ultra 4.2.2.0 connects but won't downloa

hi,

uninstall it and then reinstall.

or try to update the version and then try again.

Don't uninstill it because you want be able to down load it back I bought the ares ultra 4.2.2.0 and I have tried to find it back to download it I had the life time member ship If anybody know how to get it let me know I got the backup disk but don;t know how to get it on my computer
