Hello,
I just installed on my computer the Windows 7 update so far i didn't like it because there still many problem that dont support W-7, so i decided to format it, and when i put the Windows Vista Ultimate CD (This was the operating system i had before i intalled the Windows 7)inside and restart the computer so i can boot process. my computer goes down suddenly after i pressed a key to go to the boot screen.
I've tried everything i know and there is no problem with the power supply either with the hard drive or with the CD-DVD Rom i have.
This windows runs very slowly on my computer and is driving me crazy!!!.
I'm open to suggestions What can i do?

hi,

uninstall any antivirus or any sotware that consumes the memory resources.

then try to boot the CD.

or check the settings in the BIOS.

press Del button when starting the computer to enter the BIOS.

Thx 4 the answer kinmisol
the CPU usage is good that's not a problem and i don't think that the hard drive sector are running corrupted or some of them damaged.
But the only thing that come up to my mind is that maybe the motherboard has something to do with this.
I've read others post related to this and what it say is that maybe a solution could be to check the boots option
(i already did it and everything apper to be in order).
But anyway i still struggling with this if you have something in mind pls let me know.
thx
Regards
