my pc doesnt read my audio Closed

Hello,
i formatted my pc recently and ever since my pc does not read my speakers and on "sounds and audio devices"on control panel it is just shaded and says no audio device
i think the problem is that i have no sound card but i dont know what this is or how to get it.

you need to install the audio driver

use cd provided from manufacturer
