How to make pen drive bootable???

Hello,
i am having a San Disk Cruzer USB Device of fat32 format.
how can i make this pen drive bootable to install windows xp in my machine/laptop?

Try this http://ccm.net/forum/affich 40820 make my pen drive as winxp bootable
