i have changed time but next day its same Closed

i have changed my computer time but next day i got same.
i have already changed my cmos battery & also re-install windowsXp properly.
but the problem as it is...what i will do.....let me suggession soon..

Dear Sir,

To fix this kind of problem you will have to set the time in the BIOS settings!

Then save and exit

Restart your computer
