Ethernet controller problem

Hello,

I generally find the soluton tion to my problem alone but i couldn't find anything who helped me.... Eve i found very similar problem.....

So here is my problem,

I have my wireless conexion who is jumping from on and off, so i checked the hardware profile and saw that the etherenet controller had a '?' So i had been looking for driver at dell support and microsoft uptdate but nothings, it still at the same, i tryed to desinstall and reinstall the antenna but still the same, can someone help?

I'm runninr windows xp
and got a dell dimension 1100
