I unable to connect internet  with pc through Nokia 5130 XpressMusic usb cable.

if you have  nokia pc suite than make access point manualy and set to bsnlnet .it is working on my laptop.

You will have to use nokia pc suite to be able to connect your pc to the internet using your nokia phone,

You will have to download nokia pa suite

Download it here:

https://www.nokia.com/phones/fr_fr/support/

Install the software and connect your phone to your computer

Then on the PC Suite menu click on 

Connect to the internet
