PC Phone Calls?

My PC has an Agere Systems PCI Soft Modem, which I've connected to my phone line. I've used the dialer application on Windows to send calls out, but the only way I can hear the calls is through the actual home phone.

Is there any simple dialing application that uses the PC modem to make phone calls, and lets you hear them through your PC speakers? And if the dialer application does this, how?
