Hello,
hey i have bought new dell studio 15 laptop .
today i was trying to burn a cd but my laptop suddenly hanged and its not starting now
it is only showing black screen
wat to do now??
please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hye there,

If you can access safe mode when starting up the laptop, 

Just do a system restore,

If you can't there must be a problem inside the laptop!

If you still have warranty just take it to be repaired
