Registering the computer with Dell Closed

Hello,
I bought my Dell 1545 a month ago.  When I purchased it, I wasn't online yet so I didn't register it with Dell.  Now the green popup telling me that I need to register the computer with Dell is stuck on my desktop.  The buttons for "register now", "remind me later" and "Decline, don't work.  The darn thing acts like a virus.  While it doesn't appear to be "doing anything", it sure messes up my desktop display.  I messaged Dell, but they haven't responded.  Does anyone know how to get rid of this ugly green blot on my computer?

Okay here's what I did and it resolved the issue - 

Open up the tak manager by hitting CTRL ALT DEL

Click on the processes tab

look for "b contexe*32" which should be there if you have this annoying popup

DELETE THIS PROCESS

Go to RUN and type "msconfig"

When the window comes up click on the startup tab

Find and uncheck a box called supportsoft

reboot and enjoy.
