Unable to recieve packet data while connecting pc

Hello experts . . I hav im using window vista n aircel net to connect to internet . Im able to establish the connection using the bluetooth but cannot open pages or sites . When i check d connection status , it doesnot show that my pc recieving bytes . Its just sends the packet data but not recieves anyof data from the server . Please tel me what may b d reason . .do i need any extra setting to make it work . . ? Im using aircelwap as the access point to the server.
