Hello,
I forgot my hotmail password and the secret answer and the alternate e-mail i changed my password and i dont remember it and i have alot of important emails related to my work please advice with any solutions it's very important.

All you will have to do is to contact hotmail, they will do the necessary to send you a password,

You will have to explain what happened and give all details about you!
